The perception of the passage of time is, as you all already know, very relative. When you're bored or doing a tedious, time passes very slowly, but when you spend it well, time flies. As this latter is what has happened to us during these five years. We start the project of Ebantic in February 2014, and without realizing it we are already here.
We wanted to do a different company, it was able to help their clients to address the paradigm shifts that we have witnessed in the last few decades. Look for other ways to solve the challenges, more in line with the vision of the digital world and the technology IT. Software, integrations, IP, CLOUD, orchestration, are some of the concepts around which revolves Ebantic.
We go out of our comfort zone (now that it is fashionable to this expression), and we threw ourselves head to a swimming pool, five years ago, he had little water. But during this time we have learned to swim, and now we even do a somersault in the water (very carefully, of course).

· We learned that the word-of-mouth is the best marketing department that exists.
· We learned to listen to customers and does not imply your needs.
· We learned to not sell our products, but to sell what they needed customers.
· We learned to talk less and listen more.
· We learned that family and friends are there no matter what.
· We learned that, when it seems that everything goes wrong, you can always find a solution.
For me, the best indicator of the performance of the business is when a customer will call back with a new project. Our philosophy is to put ourselves in the place of the user, analyze their needs and assemble the best solution to meet those needs. The client's trust is the energy that moves Ebantic and the one that defines us as a company. It may not be a method in accordance with what is taught in the schools of business, or with the new methodologies of Start-up, in which the lens of the entrepreneurs is to get traction, scale the model, and to sell the company within a maximum period of 3-4 years.
Ebantic is a company that conveys the personality of their partners and the entire team is involved in this line.
